Redesign the ADNOC Support Hub portal to simplify service request flows, search, and room booking, enhance room details with features like 360° videos and a calendar view, and seamlessly align the interface with the Support Hub's design language. The system enables employees to efficiently find and book meeting rooms, invite attendees, and request tools and services through an intuitive, user-friendly experience.

The home page was originally cluttered with special effects such as drop shadows, inconsistent boxes, and a lack of grid and alignment, making navigation difficult. We resolved these issues by applying a simple yet efficient visual system — less is more when solving complex visual problems. For the catalogue page, the original skeleton was good but visually outdated and boxy; our solution made the interface cleaner and easier to navigate while maintaining the overall structure.
The redesigned ADNOC room booking system now offers a streamlined, user-friendly experience with 360° room tours, a dynamic calendar view, and integrated service requests — simplifying workflows, improving productivity and employee satisfaction while aligning with ADNOC Support Hub's design language.
