The Etisalat Service Portal is the one-stop platform for all employee services and requests. We led a design uplift that improved accessibility and streamlined the services catalog, enabling employees to find and request services up to 40% faster. We also redesigned the Knowledge Hub portal, reducing search time and boosting overall adoption. Both solutions were built on top of ServiceNow, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.
